1. Cancellation by Customer

You may request cancellation of a service or order by contacting our support team. Cancellations will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if the product/service has not been processed or dispatched.
  • For services, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date.
2. Cancellation Charges

Depending on the timing of your cancellation, the following charges may apply:

  • Within 24 hours and before processing: Full refund, no charges.
  • After processing or within 7 days of service start: 25% cancellation fee.
  • After service has started: Refund will be prorated based on work completed, less 50% of the remaining balance as a cancellation fee.
3. Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel any order or service in case of:

  • Non-payment or delayed payment.
  • Violation of terms of service or misuse of the platform.
  • Technical or logistical reasons beyond our control.

In such cases, appropriate refunds will be initiated as per our refund policy.
