All sales and payments made on the Platform are final. We do not entertain any claims for refunds or returns except in cases where:

  • The user has been wrongfully charged due to a technical error.
  • The purchased service was not delivered due to failure on our part.
1. Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the request must meet the following conditions:

  • The claim must be submitted in writing within 7 days from the date of transaction or issue.
  • The user must provide clear evidence of the issue (such as transaction details, screenshots, or communication records).
2. Refund Process

  • All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 14 business days.
  • Approved refund will be credited to original mode of payment in 7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted under the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction after service delivery.
  • Issues caused by user error or lack of proper input/data required for service delivery.
  • Delay due to third-party services or unforeseen external factors not controlled by us.
4. Discretionary Refunds

We reserve the right to issue partial or full refunds at our sole discretion, on a case-by-case basis.

5. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date the order is delivered. Returns must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping charges may apply.

6. Shipping Policy

Products will be delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and logistics partner.
